Do you accept the Holiday Bonus in 2021?
Yes, of course we accept it! You can use it for holidays until 30 June 2021!
What do I need to confirm my stay?
A deposit of 30% of the stay is required as confirmation.
How will meals be organised in the restaurant?
You will be able to enjoy your meals in our dining room with sea view.
We will provide attentive table service by our talented waiters. You will be required to sanitise your hands at the entrance to the dining room and wear a mask when standing in the dining room. We will take great care to ensure the equipment and environment are disinfected to ensure the safety of the staff and all the guests in the dining room.

What are the meal times?
Breakfast: Entry from 8.00 am to 10.00 am
Lunch: Entry to the hall from 12.30 pm to 1.15 pm
Dinner: Entry to the hall from 7.30 pm to 8.15 pm

Is it possible to have a take-away service for lunch and dinner?
You can also choose to have take-away lunch and dinner on the beach, or wherever you want!

How is the cleaning of the rooms organised?
Your room will be handed over to you after all the furnishings have been carefully disinfected.
On the following days you can either have our standard and attentive room cleaning service or, on the days following your arrival if you do not want our cleaning service, you can take care of the cleaning of your room yourself.

How far are you from the beach?
We are on the front line by the sea. Just cross the seafront, road and you will reach the beach. Our partner beach has large spaces between one umbrella and the next.
How far are you from the centre?
We are located about 3 km from the most central area called Marina Centro: you can get there on foot or by bike! Outside our hotel, you will find miles of shops, bars and amusement arcades.
We are only 150 metres from the coastal metro station, which will get you to the centre in just a few minutes!

What are the hours of the reception desk?
You can find Claudia or Monica from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am you will find our very friendly and attentive night porter.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?
Open from 9 am to 12 am and 2.30 pm to 6 pm

Of course, you can find them here at a discount and with no queue.

What time can I arrive at the hotel on the day of my arrival?
The day before your arrival, you will be sent an email to check in online, to make the most of your holiday.

How can I settle the bill?
Balance due on the day of arrival is appreciated and required.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes, in Rimini the tax is 2.00 Euro per person per day, payable for a maximum of 7 days, and children under 14 and disabled persons with an accompanying person are exempt.
Are beach towels available?
Of course, if you need them we can provide you with our "Rimini" towels at a cost of € 3.00 per wash.
